Eleanor Laurans

Eleanor is a Founding Partner at Workshop, working across both climate and education. Together, she and Chad co-founded SimpliSafe, where she led strategy for the company's first 13 years and continues to serve on its board of directors. In addition, Eleanor has worked extensively in education, most recently as CFO for the Boston Public Schools, where she oversaw the district’s $1.4B budget. She has also served as a member of the faculty at Harvard Business School where she taught first year strategy and launched a course on climate entrepreneurship.
